About the Role

As a Physical Therapist with Career Tree Network, you will work with a well-balanced mix of patients in homes of older adults, providing community-based outpatient services (Medicare Part B) in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide direct patient care for a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Work regular and consistent weekly availability, including 3 weekdays
  • Collaborate with our experienced multidisciplinary therapy team to deliver evidence-based care
