- Implement and document nursing care, including administering medications and performing various patient tests
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, and promote patients' independence by establishing care goals and teaching self-care skills
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care
- Tennessee or compact state RN license in good standing
- Associates Degree in Nursing required, Bachelors preferred
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required within 90 days
- 1-2 years Step Down or relevant Critical Care experience preferred
