Job Summary

We're seeking a Retail Sales Store Associate to join our team at Gurnee Mills. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Drive sales growth by maintaining a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and promotions, and making recommendations to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising, ensuring that the store looks its best at all times.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store looks its best at all times.
Requirements
  • Availability must be flexible and include evenings and weekends.
  • Hours are part-time and will vary based on business needs.
  • You must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Three to six months' experience working in a retail environment preferred.
  • Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
