Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol casino premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas.
  • Investigate disturbances and incidents, and take necessary action to resolve them.
  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees and guests.
  • Check identification of guests entering the casino to ensure they are at least 21 years of age.
  • Write reports of any irregularities encountered while on duty.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in security preferred.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must have the ability to obtain a work permit issued by the Mississippi Gaming Commission.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
