As a Restaurant Server at Crescent Services, you will be responsible for taking orders and serving our patrons in the dining establishment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Promptly take and serve guest orders in accordance with the service manual.
  2. Complete all necessary setup and side work as assigned.
  3. Address any inquiries from guests regarding the menu.
  4. Utilize the electronic cash register/P.O.S. system as required.
  5. Inspect food prior to serving to ensure appearance, temperature, and portion accuracy.
  6. Perform any other job-related tasks as assigned.

In this position, you should possess the ability to communicate effectively in English. A self-motivated personality with a calm demeanor is essential. You must maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times, communicate well with guests, and be willing to assist colleagues with their responsibilities, demonstrating a team-oriented attitude. The role requires the ability to endure extended periods of standing and/or walking, as well as the capability to lift at least 30 lbs. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, is required.
