Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a skilled Litigation Associate with at least 2 years of experience in litigation to manage a diverse range of legal cases for our clientele. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a portfolio of litigation cases
  • Prepare for court appearances, conduct depositions, and draft various legal documents
  • Advocate for clients in construction-related litigation
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, peers, and opposing parties
  • Engage in legal research and formulate case strategies
  • Take part in negotiations and mediation sessions

Required Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution
  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant state
  • At least 2 years of experience in plaintiff litigation
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational abilities
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with legal research tools
