Driver Compensation

We offer a competitive pay rate of $20 to $22 per hour, based on experience. Additionally, drivers can earn tips daily, ranging from $20 to $150 per day. Our driver monthly performance bonus program rewards hard work and dedication.

Perks and Benefits

Eligible drivers can contribute to our 401k plan after 90 days and are eligible for health insurance after one year and 1500 hours of service. Our drivers also enjoy the use of new, automatic transmission box trucks equipped with state-of-the-art tablets for electronic paperwork.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, drivers must be at least 19 years old and able to lift at least 75lbs. They must also be able to climb stairs daily. No special license is required for this position.
