The Carpenter is a key member of our construction team, assisting the Foreman on day-to-day activities for all stages of the project. This role requires a strong work ethic, innovative thinking, and a positive attitude.

• Forming of foundations, walls, columns, decks, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, doors, hardware, and millwork.
• Support and follow standard work.
• Participate and support implementation of Lean and continuous improvement culture.
• Strongly promote and support our safety policy.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, innovative and forward thinking.
