We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Recruiter to join our team at Phoenix Fabricators and Erectors, LLC. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for finding and contacting highly qualified applicants for assigned openings, including interviewing and testing candidates to ensure they are a good fit for our company.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards and social media communities.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships with candidates during the selection process.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive employee environment by championing and supporting employee needs, ensuring our company culture and values remain a top priority.
- Develop and maintain staffing relationships with external agencies.
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the hiring process for successful candidates.
- Develop relevant interview questions and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and colleagues.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Experience with recruitment software and tools, including applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
