Job Title: Physical Therapist

UnityPoint Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our Outpatient Clinic. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses, and improving their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform Physical Therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with a variety of diagnoses and settings.
  • Provide Physical Therapy interventions in accordance with established standards of care, policies, procedures, and state/federal law.
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Aides.
  • Participate in patient care conferences and staffing as appropriate for multidisciplinary patients.
Qualifications:
  • Certificate, Bachelors degree, Masters degree, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Current IA and IL Physical Therapy licensure (or eligible). Current CPR certification.
