Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide exceptional care and assistance to residents living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other memory impairments. This is a part-time evening shift position, requiring a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
  • Assist residents with meals, snacks, and hydration.
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and the Silverado team.
  • Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • 1 year of experience in assisted living or SNF setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
