Job Summary

At Giant Food, we are seeking a friendly and welcoming Pharmacy Clerk to join our team. As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their prescriptions, and maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with their prescriptions, including answering questions and providing information about medications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy department, including restocking shelves and disposing of expired or damaged medications.
  • Work collaboratively with other pharmacy staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on pharmacy policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
