We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team at Peapod Digital Labs. As a key member of our FP&A team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

About the Role

The FP&A intern will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the Director and Managers of the FP&A team. This includes compiling, analyzing, and synthesizing financial results, ensuring accuracy, and providing standardized templates to support the overall team in delivering reporting and planning deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial analysis and support to the FP&A team
  • Compile, analyze, and synthesize financial results
  • Work closely with other FP&A members on current priorities and team projects
  • Identify opportunities for increased efficiency across the department and recommend actionable solutions
Requirements
  • Working towards a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience working in a collaborative group setting
  • Experience using analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, appropriately, and effectively
Preferred Skills
  • Intermediate skill with Microsoft applications like PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and OneDrive
  • Exposure to SAP (preferred)
  • Exposure to Power BI (preferred)
  • Exposure to Power Query (preferred)
