Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team at ASM Global. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with the Banquet Captain and F&B Management to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Set tables, serve food and beverages, and clear tables as assigned.
  • Perform closing work assignments as directed by the Banquet Captain or F&B Management.
  • Separate china, glassware, and silverware as directed to eliminate breakage.
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal Health Department standards.
  • Knowledge of rules and regulations regarding alcohol service.
  • Outgoing, positive attitude in dealing with patrons and employees.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Work hours may range from early morning to late night.
  • Work is primarily indoors, with some outdoor work required.
  • Must be able to frequently lift at least 30 lbs. and carry a service oval tray with up to 8 loaded entre plates/covers.
