Advanced Medical Manage is seeking a skilled Government Client Claims Examiner to join our team. As a key member of our Administration Department, this role is essential to our organization's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process claims with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with program rules and regulations.
- Review and adjudicate claims, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the team to meet productivity goals and ensure quality standards.
- Assist in the development of process improvements and recommend changes to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve disputes and issues.
- Provide training and support to other Government Client Claims Examiners.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED, with some college education preferred.
- Medical terminology, CPT, Revenue codes, and ICD-9/ICD-10 knowledge, with experience in Medicare and Medi-Cal claims adjudication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with EZ-Cap and Encoder Pro, with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
