We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personalized care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide personal care services, including toileting, feeding, and transferring patients
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress
  • Build relationships with patients and their families through effective communication and empathy
  • Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
  • Engage patients in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited Home Health Aide program
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of prior professional experience in home health care
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • CPR certification preferred
