We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Coordinator I/Driver to join our team at The Salvation Army. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of specific programs for youth between the ages of 6 and 18 within a designated Club or multiple Club Sites.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program plans that align with the organization's mission and goals.
- Supervise and lead program staff, ensuring effective delivery of programs and services.
- Manage program budgets, expenses, and resources.
- Build and maintain relationships with Club members, families, and community partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or social services.
- Two years of progressively responsible experience in program management, administration, and operation of a Boys & Girls Club.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a vehicle safely.
