We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the Operations of our Outsourcing & Resource (ORS) practice at Cherry Bekaert Advisory, LLC. As a Partner, you will play a key role in positioning the firm as a leader in providing Outsourced Finance & Accounting Services to small to mid-size middle-market clients. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute the Firm and Advisory Service Line vision, strategy, and goals for the ORS practice.

In addition to developing and executing the strategy, you will also oversee the operations of the ORS practice, ensuring compliance, quality, and ethics in all ORS engagements. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive results through practice Partners against budget and key performance indicators throughout the year.
