This role is essential in ensuring seamless communication between INX and our clients while managing various responsibilities related to ink production and quality assurance. As an On-Site Ink Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering technical services, including color matching and ink formulation
  • Producing ink batches weighing less than 100 lbs
  • Conducting Quality Control assessments on both incoming and locally produced ink
  • Managing inventory and performing monthly stock evaluations
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Addressing and resolving any technical issues faced by customers promptly
  • Leading and coordinating the activities of INX On-Site Technicians
  • Training all INX On-Site Technicians on operational standards and procedures
  • Providing ongoing operational support and executing quality audits

Required Qualifications

To fulfill the expectations of this role, candidates must:

  • Hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Exhibit strong verbal, written, and mathematical skills
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Have 2 to 5 years of experience in the ink industry, with 1 to 3 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Be capable of performing technical services
  • Effectively match colors and pass a color vision assessment
  • Produce ink batches under 100 lbs
  • Conduct Quality Control on incoming and site-manufactured ink
  • Manage inventory, maintain records, and ensure cleanliness

Preferred Qualifications

Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:

  • A college degree
  • Previous experience in a laboratory, in-plant, or warehouse setting
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Familiarity with SAP software
