Famous Dave's is seeking a skilled To-Go Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Carside Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Take orders via phone and ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
- Count back change and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Must be 17 years of age or older
- 1+ year of restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Team-oriented with a passion to succeed
- Eligible to work in the United States
