Role Overview:
The Customer Experience Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong professional relationships with both internal and external clients. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assisting with multimedia ordering systems and the UNFI website. You will support customers nationwide with order processing, claims management, order inquiries, and troubleshooting. Additionally, you will engage in sales and other customer communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with their orders, claims, and provide product information.
  • Ensure timely entry of customer orders received via phone, fax, electronically, or email.
  • Support customers in the call queue effectively.
  • Manage credit card transactions, order confirmations, and exception handling to minimize errors.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly or refer them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist customers with general inquiries regarding the UNFI website.
  • Adhere to established performance metrics that enhance the customer experience.
  • Provide customers with essential information regarding pricing, discounts, billing, and shipping.
  • Participate in outbound call campaigns as directed by the Logistics team.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to orders and claims.
  • Input data and engage in workflow processes within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Support departmental leadership with relevant statistics and reports.
  • Complete assigned records, reports, and documentation.
  • Contribute to customer surveys, sales performance incentives, and other outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain communication with management regarding area activities and significant issues.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma

Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Call Center or related business environment.

Knowledge:
Willingness to learn about company products, sales policies, and procedures.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and integrity.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
