Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding - Create job postings, conduct preliminary phone interviews, assist hiring managers, and facilitate the onboarding of top candidates. Continuously enhance the recruitment process by seeking innovative methods to attract and onboard talent efficiently.

Employee Development - Partner with the VP of Operations to design a comprehensive training program that empowers our team members to reach their full potential. Monitor, document, and ensure compliance with both mandatory and optional training requirements.

HR Administration - Guarantee meticulous documentation and adherence to legal standards for all aspects of compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary actions, disputes, investigations, performance evaluations, recognition, occupational health and safety, and training/development.

HR Knowledge - Stay informed about trends, best practices, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies in Human Resources, talent management, employment law, and other essential areas.

Employee Support - Provide exceptional service to our employees. You will be the primary contact for team members with inquiries or concerns.

Benefits Management - As we expand our benefits offerings, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while introducing innovative ideas that engage our team members.

Essential Qualifications
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to operate with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Proficient in or capable of quickly mastering iSolved (our HRIS system)
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite and Google Apps
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of five years of HR experience
  • SHRM certification is a plus
