Job Overview

McFarland Clinic, P.C. is seeking applications for the position of Sanitation Services Associate. Ideal candidates will possess a strong service orientation, work well in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks under general supervision to ensure the clinic remains in a hygienic, appealing, and organized state.
  • Responsibilities include vacuuming, dusting, restroom sanitation, building sterilization, and waste removal, including potential medical waste from offices, examination rooms, and waiting areas.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
  • Immunizations for Hepatitis B and TB will be required (provided by the clinic).
  • Exposure to standard cleaning chemicals is expected.

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers competitive pay along with a valuable benefits package.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or HiSET is required.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Experience Requirements:

  • Proficiency with personal computers is necessary.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
  • At-risk vaccinations will be provided.
  • A valid driver's license and authorization to operate company vehicles, if required for job duties, are necessary.
