Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures with minimal supervision
  • Operate imaging equipment, including X-ray machines and fluoroscopes
  • Position patients for optimal imaging results
  • Develop and process radiographs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved school of radiologic technology
  • New York State license as a General Radiologic Technologist and current New York State Department of Health certificate of registration as a Radiologic Technologist
  • ARRT certification preferred
  • One year of experience in radiologic technology preferred

Working Conditions:

  • Good general health necessary to stand and walk most of the day
