Security Site Operations Manager

The Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. As a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers, this role acts as a bridge between various teams. Key responsibilities include supervising staff on assigned shifts, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment ranges.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
  • Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
  • Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
  • Frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting

Additionally, the ideal candidate must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions. Depending on the location, licensing requirements may apply. For driving positions, a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 36 months, no more than one accident in the last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in the last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle are necessary.

As a condition of employment, employees must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test. Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites are also essential. This role requires the ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are crucial.
