We are seeking a skilled Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America. As an MRI Tech, you will be responsible for operating magnetic resonance imaging equipment and ensuring that images are accurate and passed on to physicians for medical interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confirm patient identification and review imaging requests
  • Screen patients for MRI safety and position them for scans
  • Correctly interpret doctors' written instructions and load and operate power injectors
  • Evaluate MRI scans for technical quality and maintain accurate patient records
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as an MRI Tech
  • ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT National Certification with registration in magnetic resonance imaging
  • State-specific licensing when required

Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists must have a sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
