Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all repairs meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality repairs and restorations on vehicles, including collision repairs and bodywork.
- Read and interpret repair orders, estimates, and technical manuals to execute job duties effectively.
- Utilize proper tools and equipment to complete repairs in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide updates on repair status and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician with a strong understanding of repair techniques and processes.
- Must currently have or be willing to obtain the necessary tools to perform job duties effectively.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background checks.
- Physically capable of performing consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Strong reading comprehension skills to understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide friendly, personable customer service to both internal and external customers.
