We are seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join our team at Soliant, a reputable company providing speech and language services to students with communication disorders. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, develop treatment plans, and provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.

Job Details
  • This is a full-time position with flexible hours, 4-10 hour days Monday through Thursday.
  • Caseload will be discussed during the interview.
  • The position is onsite during the summer months.
Benefits
  • You will receive a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Guaranteed work hours ensure stability and predictability.
  • You will also receive payment for both direct and indirect services rendered.
  • Liability insurance coverage provides protection for you and your practice.
  • Health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits are available for full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Stipends are available under certain circumstances.
Requirements
  • A valid Texas State SLP License is required.
  • A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required.
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary.
