Job Overview

Aegis Worldwide is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for maintaining plant compliance to IATF-16949:2016 and ISO-9001:2015 standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or another technical field, with 3+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment. Alternatively, a High School diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant manufacturing quality experience is also acceptable.

The salary for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 per year, based on the national average for similar roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain plant compliance to IATF-16949:2016 and ISO-9001:2015 standards as well as customer defined quality systems and requirements.
  • Lead the development of production documentation including Control Plans, DVP&R, PFMEA, and Standardized Work to PPAP requirements.
  • Monitor customer supplied warranty data and supplier PPAP files and respond accordingly.
  • Oversee the evaluation of process audits and finished product inspections for quality and reliability.
  • In conjunction with Corporate Quality and the Quality Manager, develop internal quality control standards for the plant.
