Mavis Tire Supply is seeking a highly motivated Tire Store Director to lead our Oakland, NJ location. With over 2,000 retail locations across the United States, we offer a unique opportunity for experienced professionals to grow their careers.

About the Position:

The Tire Store Director will be responsible for driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel, and controlling operating costs. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

  1. Manage daily store operations, ensuring maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.
  2. Direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  3. Implement and manage sales programs, including promotions and marketing initiatives.
  4. Communicate directly with customers, assess their needs, and provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in retail store management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and expense control.
