Job Summary

Adecco is seeking a skilled Process Technician - Injection Molding to join our team in Wheeling, IL. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of injection molding equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mold changeovers, processing, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Set up and operate injection molding machines, including End-Arm Tooling and Visual Management systems.
  • Collaborate with the QA department to prevent nonconforming products and ensure quality control.
  • Maintain machine cleanliness and perform small repairs as needed.
  • Assist with shift changes, logo changes, and machine repairs when possible.
  • Perform housekeeping duties and other tasks as assigned.
  • Help establish new processes and refine current processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Minimum of HS diploma or GED.
  • 3-5+ years' experience as a hands-on Process Technician for Injection Molding.
  • Injection-Scientific/Decoupled Molding and RJG's Master Molders Decoupled Molding 1 class.
  • Ability to set up End-Arm Tooling and Visual Management systems.
  • Must be willing to work on schedule and be career-minded.
