Job Summary:

Jefferson Community Health & Life is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to drive growth, innovation, and excellence in our organization. As a senior management leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and service delivery of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, aligning with our mission, vision, and values.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to establish performance standards, qualifications, and expectations for the facility.
  • Oversee community relations, organizational operations, compliance, and administration of JCH&L.
  • Lead a team of senior leaders, including CFO, CNO, HR Director, PR/Marketing Director, and others.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance, operational efficiency, and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field, Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years senior leadership experience as a CEO, COO, CFO, or similar role.
  • Three years healthcare CEO/Administrator experience, highly preferred.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents, financial reports, and legal documents.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to build strong relationships with physicians, staff, and the community.
