Lead Nurse for Acute Care Unit

Join LifeBridge Health as a Charge Nurse II for our Acute Care Unit at Levindale Hospital. As a leader in patient care, you will be responsible for providing safe, age-appropriate care to our patients and guiding other members of the patient care team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and supervise other nurses to ensure high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Lead by example and promote a culture of excellence and compassion.
Requirements:
  • Current Maryland RN license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a charge nurse or lead nurse.
  • Knowledge of a specialized field, such as medical-surgical nursing.
  • Nursing certification in a specialty area within 3-5 years of hire.
