Key responsibilities include leveraging modern technologies to facilitate integration with various platforms and automating existing workflows.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficient in .NET programming, with experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Windows, Web, and Client/Server applications utilizing Microsoft Technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in the analysis, design, and programming of extensive or intricate development projects within large-scale Enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with automated eligibility determination systems.
  • Ability to offer subject matter expertise on system architectures.
  • Capability to propose enhancements to systems and processes.
  • Experience in developing, maintaining, and revising documentation for procedures, policies, and processes.
  • Experience in training end users on software applications.
  • Knowledge of eligibility and economic assistance policies, as well as current state and federal mandates.
  • Experience in interpreting, designing, and implementing federal and state mandates in Linux systems.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient presentation and facilitation abilities.
