Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our team at the Oakland Medical Group in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and escort them to examination rooms.
- Perform venipuncture and injections as needed.
- Take vital signs and enter information into the EMR system.
- May include other duties such as accessing Mediport devices with training provided.
Requirements:
- Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Certificate required.
- 1 year of experience preferred but not necessary.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is a plus.
