Job Description

The Transformation Consultant will play a key role in supporting our plant readiness activities, ensuring seamless transitions to new systems and processes. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements, leveraging Agile methodologies and continuous improvement principles.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, utilizing data-driven insights and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project barriers, ensuring timely completion and delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with plant leaders, project managers, and other key stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration)
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and continuous improvement principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
