Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Case Manager Unit Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and directing the work activities of subordinate staff, providing training and technical advice, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct the work activities of subordinate staff, providing training and technical advice as needed.
  • Review cases assigned to the work unit, assess needs, and assign cases to staff members.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including the development and implementation of Individual Support Plans.
  • Attend and facilitate meetings, including staff meetings, district supervisory meetings, and meetings with representatives of other governmental and community organizations.
  • Meet with subordinate staff to assist with identifying necessary changes and modifications to Individual Support Plans.
  • Review, verify, and authorize expenditures to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
Requirements:
  • An Arizona Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing, or a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work with a minimum of three years of case management experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or Counseling with a minimum of three years of case management experience and three years of management experience.
  • Successfully pass a background and reference check, and obtain a valid Level One fingerprint clearance card issued pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute.
  • Candidates for this position shall be subject to a search of both the Department of Child Safety Central Registry and the Adult Protective Services Registry.
