As a Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit, you will be responsible for assessing patients to determine their mental, physical, and spiritual needs. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Provide explanations and instructions to patients and their families

• Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills
• Meet Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care
• Participate in continuing education
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records

Requirements:
• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR/BLS Card
• ACLS certification
• Experience in Intensive Care Unit or related field
