Family Medicine Physician Opportunity

Establish a rewarding career as a family medicine physician with Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, a mission-driven, physician-led multispecialty group practice. This part-time opportunity offers flexibility with varying FTE options from 0.4 to 0.9.

We have multiple part-time positions available across various sites in the Boise Metro Area, including Bown Crossing, Lake Hazel, Emerald, Meridian, Kuna, and Nampa.

All clinics utilize EPIC EHR and feature excellent support staff, including 1:1 medical assistants, team nurses, population health support, and referral assistance. Some sites offer on-site lab and x-ray services, while others are embedded with urgent care and physical therapy services.

Patient contact hours range from 14 to 30 per week, depending on desired FTE, with call limited to 1:30 phone-only calls and exceptional triage service. Call is prorated based on FTE.

To qualify, applicants must possess:

  • A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
  • Completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program
  • Board certification through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP) – or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment
  • Valid Idaho medical licensure
  • Controlled substance registration with the Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA
