Job Description
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while performing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments. This includes servicing guitars with craftsmanship, maintaining store inventory, and engaging with customers to address their musical needs. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work through our certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
