Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Pharmacist In Charge to join our team at HealthCare Support. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the pharmacy team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring accurate and timely ordering and stocking of medications.
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to pharmacy staff, including patient counseling and medication therapy management.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
Requirements
  • Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
