The Little Nell Boutique is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional product knowledge and service to our guests. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that merchandise is displayed and stocked neatly, and providing Forbes 5-star service standards.

Job Summary

This position reports to the Retail Manager and requires a high school diploma or GED, proficiency in Point of Sales systems, and excellent customer service skills. You must also be able to adapt to the customer flow of a retail store and work collaboratively with team members.

Responsibilities
  • Control and prevent loss and theft
  • Maintain a clean work environment through folding merchandise and stockrooms
  • Clean dressing rooms and properly put away merchandise after each use
  • Help with opening and closing cleaning duties
  • Organize merchandise and accept delivery of product

You will also be expected to assist hotel guests with questions related to the hotel property and provide local Aspen knowledge and recommendations as needed. If you are enthusiastic about the Aspen skiing and snowboarding lifestyle and have excellent interpersonal skills, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.
