The Program Controls Analyst plays a crucial role in delivering analytical assistance to the Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring that the program's goals, scope, timeline, budget, and risks are effectively monitored and aligned.
WHO YOU ARE
You possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of three years of experience in project management, program controls, or business analysis. You are skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
Your analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are strong, with a keen eye for detail and precision. You are capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will be responsible for reviewing contractor and/or sub-consultant invoices.
You will manage the processing of invoices within the Project Management Information System (PMIS).
You will provide funding distribution documentation to accompany invoices.
You will address and resolve invoicing discrepancies with contractors as necessary.
You will monitor the availability of funds to facilitate invoicing.
