Job Type: Full-Time Night Shift

Competitive Compensation Package

Shift Differentials: Evening $2.50/hour / Night $4.00/hour / Weekend $1.50/hour

Department/Unit Summary

Haywood Regional Medical Center's 22-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry unit offers a dynamic environment with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5. Our team provides specialized care for patients primarily diagnosed with respiratory failure and cardiac conditions. This role utilizes advanced monitoring technology to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure optimal outcomes for our diverse patient population.

Qualifications and Requirements

Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program required with a current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or from a Compact State.

Additional requirements include:

  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within 30 days of hire.
  • AHA ACLS required within six months of hire.
  • One year of experience preferred.
