We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Redwood Family Care Network. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our healthcare services, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry partners to stay up-to-date on best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and education to staff on quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans to address identified areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or quality assurance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
