Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:
The Quality Control Representative is a crucial member of our team, responsible for ensuring that work orders executed within the department or for a particular program meet reporting requirements established for the programs under review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review work orders to validate compliance with established guidelines and standards.
- Monitor and balance work order load, including quality cases, to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
- Work independently to identify and resolve problems with minimal assistance, utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure appropriate project guidelines and standards are met.
- Perform other departmental responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Competencies:
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and thorough approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment:
Usual and customary requirements of administrative personnel as part of an office environment. Alternate sitting and standing as tolerated. Use of a keyboard, mouse, headset, phone, and viewing of monitors on a consistent basis.
