Compensation and Benefits:

About the Role:

As a Primary Care Provider, you will provide exceptional patient care to high-acuity individuals in their homes from Monday to Friday, supported by an assistant. Your responsibilities will not include working holidays or hospital rounds, with minimal call responsibilities. You will be required to maintain licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state where our HarmonyCares Medical Group office is located, hold a Federal DEA License/eligibility, and possess geriatric training/experience, active CPR/BLS Certification, and Board Certification.
