Pharmacy Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement pharmacy strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Lead a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide exceptional patient care and service
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, supply chain, and budgeting
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
  • Current pharmacist's license in the state of New York
  • Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire
  • 3+ years of pharmacy leadership experience
