We are seeking qualified adjunct faculty to teach online courses in Elementary and Teacher Education at Elizabeth City State University.

Responsibilities
  • Teach 1-2 online courses at the graduate/masters level
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and assessments
  • Provide feedback and support to students
  • Participate in departmental meetings and professional development
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Elementary Education or related field
  • 18 hours of graduate-level endorsement in specific subjects or National Board Certification
  • Experience in teaching online/digital environments
  • Blackboard Learning Management System experience beneficial
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Elementary Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field
  • Experience in leadership of Pre K-12 schools at the principal or superintendent level
