We are currently seeking CNAs for Day and Night Shifts.

Compensation: Up To $20 Per Hour

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Helping residents with mobility, including positioning and transferring.
  • Providing support in lifting and transporting residents.
  • Responding promptly to resident calls for assistance.
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in resident health conditions.
  • Participating in mandatory training and educational sessions.
  • Assisting residents during meal times and with feeding when necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
  • Strong documentation skills; familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) is advantageous.
  • A solid work history demonstrating excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • The ability to collaborate respectfully with all healthcare team members.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with the elderly.
  • Patience, empathy, and compassion for those in our care.
  • A flexible schedule, including availability to work every other weekend and holidays.
